振動篩的工作原理，或說工作流程主要?dú)w結(jié)如下：

①通過偏心塊的旋轉(zhuǎn)，產(chǎn)生激振力，從而使篩箱隨之產(chǎn)生圓周往復(fù)運(yùn)動；

②物料在傾斜的篩面上連續(xù)做近似圓的彈跳翻滾運(yùn)動，通過反復(fù)的與篩孔進(jìn)行比較，小于篩孔尺寸的物料透篩，大于篩孔尺寸的物料在篩面上；

③根據(jù)篩網(wǎng)，篩孔的大小，最終篩分成不同尺寸的物料。
