2、工作原理

除塵器的主要工作原理如下：

• 含塵氣體由灰斗上部進風(fēng)口進入后，在擋風(fēng)板的作用下，氣流向上流動；

• 流速降低，部分大顆粒粉塵由于慣性力的作用被分離出來后落入灰斗；

• 含塵氣體進入中箱體經(jīng)濾袋的過濾凈化，粉塵被阻留在濾袋的外表面；

• 凈化后的氣體經(jīng)濾袋口進入上箱體，由出風(fēng)口排出；

• 隨著濾袋表面粉塵的不斷增加，除塵器進出口的壓差也隨之上升；當除塵器阻力達到設(shè)定值時，控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出清灰指令，清灰系統(tǒng)開始工作；通過電磁閥的開啟，實現(xiàn)清灰。
